- COOKIES
When using the PC Net CZ website, cookies may be downloaded to devices through which the user accesses the website. The conditions for storing and processing these cookies are as follows:
The user has the option to permanently express consent or refusal regarding the storage of cookies (within the settings of their web browser—by allowing or denying the storage of cookies).
If consent is granted (cookies allowed), the following cookies may be stored on the user's device:
-
Temporary cookies, which are automatically deleted when the internet browser is closed.
-
Long-term cookies, which remain stored in the internet browser even after the device is turned off (these cookies can be deleted by the user at any time, and they are also automatically deleted after several weeks or months).
By granting consent, the user also allows the operator to use cookies for its own record-keeping or analytical purposes and for the purpose of targeted advertising by partners with whom the operator has entered into an agreement to display advertisements on the website.
The user's consent persists for the duration of the settings of their internet browser. Changing the browser settings or disabling cookies terminates the consent.

The provision of personal data is voluntary. The essential condition for processing the user's personal data is the user's consent to the processing of personal data to the necessary extent and the sending of marketing messages. This consent is the only legal basis for processing the data provided by the users (email address).
In order to enable the operator to process the provided personal data, the user must consent to the storage and further processing of the acquired personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose specified in this written information.
Duration of Consent

The operator has the right to process the provided data during the term of consent.
Purpose
The purpose of processing the user's personal data is to enable the requested newsletter subscription and to send such a newsletter to the contact address provided by the user, primarily in electronic form.
Accuracy of Personal Data
By voluntarily providing personal data, the user declares that the data provided is correct, truthful, and up to date. Otherwise, the user is liable for any damages caused to the operator due to the provision of incorrect, untruthful, or outdated data. The user is required to notify the operator of any changes to their provided personal data.
- DATA TRANSFER AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
The operator will not disclose or provide the user's personal data to third parties, nor will it transfer them to countries outside the European Union, or make automated decisions based on the data that are important to the user.
- INFORMATION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The user's rights regarding the protection of their personal data are primarily defined by Articles 12 to 22 of the GDPR, as amended.
Upon written or email request addressed to the operator (eshop@pcnet.cz), the user has the right to:
- Confirmation of whether or not their personal data is being processed, access to their personal data, and information about it, including corrections of this data.
- Restriction of the processing of their personal data, especially if it is incorrect.
- Deletion of their personal data, especially if the purpose for processing has been fulfilled or if the consent to processing has been withdrawn.
- Transfer of their personal data to another operator in a structured and readable format.
The user also has the right to notify the operator in writing or by email (at eshop@pcnet.cz):
- To withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, with effect from the date the notification is received, if the processing of personal data is based on the consent provided. In this case, the lawfulness of processing prior to the notification of withdrawal of consent will remain unchanged.
- If personal data is not processed based on the user's consent, to object to such processing for reasons related to their personal situation or if there is suspicion of unlawful processing of the data.
The user also has the right to file a complaint or request an investigation into the processing of personal data by the Office for Personal Data Protection (the supervisory authority in the Czech Republic).
The user's rights may be restricted if these restrictions arise from personal legal regulations or if their exercise would violate the protection of the user or the rights and freedoms of others.
